Regardless of the company you purchase your natural gas and/or electricity supply from, your utility company will continue to deliver that energy over their transmission and distribution systems. They will also continue to provide all customer service support functions such as system maintenance, meter reading, new service installations, and restoration of service following storms or emergencies. The rates for these delivery services will continue to be regulated by the New York State PSC.
