Budget billing balances are printed on your monthly invoice. If you receive a consolidated bill from your utility company, the Energetix budget balance labeled "Budget Cumulative Difference" is located on the last page of your statement. If you receive your bill directly from us, the Budget Cumulative Difference is located on the front page.
Budget Billing Customers are responsible for the entire Budget Cumulative Difference shown each month under the Electric and/or Natural Gas Supply Detail portion of your bill.
Although we will continue to review your budget billing account, we encourage you to review your account Budget Cumulative Difference each time your statement is received. A positive value reflects an outstanding balance, a negative value an outstanding credit. If you have a large credit or debit balance, you should consider contacting our office to review your budget billing payment amount.
