Energetix Online Account Information

Now you can take advantage of Online Account Services.

To enroll for Online Account Services, all you need is your Energetix Account Number*, your Billing Address Zip Code, and a current email address. If you wish to pay on line, you will also need payment type information.

If you are a Residential customer and receive an invoice from Energetix that includes your supply charges, with "Online Account" you will be able to:

1) View your current balance for supply charges,
2) View your latest supply invoice,
3) View up to three years of past supply invoices,
4) View up to three years of supply billing history,
5) View your Electric Service and Gas Service details,
6) Make one-time and recurring secure payments in a few simple steps.

If you are a Residential customer and receive an invoice from your Delivery Company that includes your supply and delivery charges, with "Online Account" you will be able to:

1) View your current balance for supply charges,
2) View your latest supply invoice,
3) View up to three years of past supply invoices**,
4) View up to three years of supply billing history,
5) View your Electric Service and Gas Service details.
If you would like to pay your invoice online, you need to contact your Delivery Company.

*located on the supply portion of your invoice. If you enter your Delivery Company Account Number an invalid account number error message will be displayed.
