Koch Container - Victor, New York     View Before and After Photos
At 25 feet from floor to roof, Koch's Victor New York factory typified a classic lighting challenge. Energetix replaced all of Koch's metal halide high bay fixtures with new modular six lamp T8 fluorescent fixtures. The end result was higher average light levels, but at half the energy consumption. After receiving an incentive from NYSERDA the project paid for itself in less than 2 years from energy savings alone.

Reflexite - Henrietta, New York
Reflexite's manufacturing processes consume very high pressure air. Ingersoll Rand had proposed system improvements that would dramatically reduce the compressed air system's energy consumption while improving system reliability. NYSERDA offered custom incentive money that would dramatically improve the financial feasibility of the proposed improvements, but Reflexite and Ingersoll needed help to qualify for the incentive money. With its expertise in quantifying energy savings and developing measurement and verification plans, Energetix was able to qualify the project and optimize the incentive money paid.

Energetix was able to reduce the lighting system's demand by 68%, increase light levels, and upgrade office esthetics with modern lighting fixtures.
